By accessing or using Nodiant's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of Services
You may use Nodiant's services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Intellectual Property
Nodiant retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, documentation, and branding. Enterprise customers retain ownership of their data submitted to the platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodiant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law
